Nicole
More than two decades alongside entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and brands, across business, entertainment, media, publishing, and live production.
That includes more than a decade working alongside Daymond John, helping build the operational infrastructure behind his growing business ecosystem. She has managed multimillion-dollar productions, complex live events, author launches, sponsorship activations, and executive operations across multiple businesses, along with the countless details that keep ambitious ideas moving.
But her greatest strength has never been managing what already exists. It’s seeing what could exist instead.
Nicole creates clarity when people are too close to the problem to see it. She questions assumptions, spots overlooked opportunities, and connects seemingly unrelated dots. Then she helps clients reconsider not only what they’re building, but why, and whether it supports the life they actually want.
It’s an instinct that has followed her from early brand partnerships in entertainment to helping entrepreneurs turn their expertise into new services, products, and revenue streams.

Maurice
A software architect, systems thinker, and technical leader with more than a decade building enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, cloud systems, and AI-driven solutions.
He has delivered technology initiatives for national retailers, a major telecom provider, and the City of Atlanta, and has built products inside venture-backed companies.
Maurice sees the details inside the details.
Where others see a finished idea, he sees the dependencies, decisions, workflows, integrations, and failure points it takes to make that idea work in the real world. He asks what happens before step one, what step three depends on, and what breaks at step seven, so the whole system holds up at scale.
